About the Nature Conservation Trust of NSW

The Nature Conservation Trust (NCT) of NSW was created to expand nature conservation on private land throughout the State.

It is no longer enough to rely on national parks and public reserves to safeguard populations of threatened animals and plants. Only by growing the network of private nature reserves can we give these threatened species a fighting chance.

Our committed staff, scattered throughout the State of NSW, are working with rural land owners and partner organisations on practical, sustainable ways to grow the private conservation estate. Together, we are transforming attitudes to wildlife conservation, with extraordinary results.
