Rural Land For Sale
Looking for a rural country retreat, a secluded bush block or a sustainable farm? Are you dreaming of a tree change or a country weekend escape where you can indulge your passion for nature, bushwalking, horse-riding or meditation?

Our current rural properties for sale include large agricultural holdings, smaller family farms and bush blocks of various dimensions. Many of our rural properties are within an easy commute of major cities and regional centres such as Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra.
The NCT can help you realise your dream of a relaxing country lifestyle or your ambition to contribute to biodiversity conservation by managing a parcel of precious rural land and appreciating it for its natural value. And, of course, when buying rural land through the NCT, a not-for-profit environmental organization, you will save thousands on agents’ commission and charges in the process.
NCT rural real estate for sale
The Nature Conservation Trust of NSW currently has 10 pieces of rural land for sale, each chosen for its rich biodiversity. Were you to purchase a rural property from the NCT, you will join a community of private land owners who are enthusiastic about private land conservation and committed to creating a network of private nature reserves across NSW.
Each NCT rural property is sold with a conservation land covenant attached to ensure that the land, which has a high conservation value, is legally protected in perpetuity. Once a property owner has entered into a land conservation agreement with the NCT, we maintain regular contact and provide ongoing environmental land management advice and support.
