In January 2008 the Nature Conservation Trust received funding to operate a Revolving Fund Program for the Central West Catchment Management Authority for the protection of high conservation value properties in their own catchment. This funding supported the acquisition of Stanley, a 2418 hectare property located in the Macquarie Marshes. The property is currently undergoing ecological assessment and will be for sale in the near future.
In addition, the Central West Catchment Management Authority have also recently partnered with us to provide an incentive based Trust Agreement Program, which is to be completed during the 2009/2010 financial year.
